Making my dream shower curtain

Guest post written by Zoe Fender

I don't think that most people have a dream shower curtain, but I do. I guess that I saw something like it in a home decor magazine and it's just stuck with me since then. Now of course I can't track it down because that was a few years ago that I saw it.

I tried to find it again online about a week ago and decided to just try and make one on my own. While I was online looking up how to make a shower curtain I ran across the website and read through it. I've been in debt for a few years and really need to get out of it, so I'm going to use that website to help.

Then I found this DIY layered shower curtain, which is pretty close to what I wanted for my shower curtain. So I'm going to try and make that one. We'll see how it goes because this is the first shower curtain I've ever made. If it's successful, maybe I won't have to make another shower curtain again.

Fil-Am Roshon Fegan joins Dancing with the Stars

Filipino-American musical artist, songwriter, producer and actor Roshon Fegan has joined the cast for the 14th season of the popular ABC show Dancing with the Stars. The announcement was made live last week on Good Morning America.

The 20-year-old Disney star is the youngest among this season’s batch of star dancers.

He will be competing for the mirrored ball trophy against others like tennis legend Martina Navratilova, NFL wide receiver Donald Driver, former young actor Jaleel White, Little House on the Prairie star Melissa Gilbert and country singer Gavin DeGraw. Roshon will be dancing with Chelsie Hightower.

On Wednesday, Mar. 8, he tweeted from rehearsal, “Just got out of a bomb rehearsal for #DWTS with @chelsiehightowr. Can’t wait to get this thing tight. Yerp.”

“I am very excited to be a part of this season. I have my work cut out for me,” Roshon told the Asian Journal in an exclusive interview the same afternoon that the new cast was announced. He said he is looking forward to learning all the dances—from foxtrot to cha-cha, from rhumba to tango. Read more article...

Guiliana Rancic

Guest post of the week by Moises Henderson
Recently on early morning television Guiliana Rancic announced that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. When I saw the reruns after coming home from work I was in a bit of shock. She seems so young. She is so young. Not that much older than me. I have always really liked Guiliana on E! News and on Guiliana and Bill. They have become my favorite Hollywood couple. So genuine. So down to Earth. Any time one of her shows was on my DVR I would always watch it first before any of the other shows on there. I just am so saddened by her diagnosis. Not only because it is scary being that she is fairly close to my age but also because I have been rooting for them to have a baby for so long. I have watched as they go through their fertility treatments that didn’t work out and then their Year Of Fun. I know that she will use her breast cancer experience to reach out to other young women to create awareness that this disease affects so many people and not just older women but young healthy women too.

Its Been A While

Ok, its been a while since my last post . Due to work schedule and so busy moving to our newly remodeled home made me occupied for the last couple months. I wish I can only write a short entry in this blog once in a while but it is so hard to keep up with work loads and clean up at home. Now, that I finally go back to my normal schedule, I'm trying to keep up my blogs at least just to stop by and say Hi to all my readers and friends in blogosphere. Really, I've been missing a lot of things, I miss spending time writing about my everyday experiences that I used to when I started blogging.
To all my friends, I never leave, I am back!
