Running and Loss Weight!

While relaxing in the couch I was reading the most exciting and revolutionary book to hit the running community this days! My Babe Dako and I work out everyday, we used to run but when I get so tired running I just take a long walk and do some sit ups. Here's the book I just read when you're running at the same time you loss weight. You can lose weight through running, but he said; here's the deal. Weight management is a product of calories in and calories out. The best way to regulate our weight is with a wise combination of diet and running. If we want to gain weight, eat more calories than you expend. If we want to lose weight, eat fewer calories than you expend. It's the law, and there is no naturally occurring way around it. Isn't that interesting? If you want to regulate your weight, learn to regulate your diet first, and let your running regulate your toning.

  2. yes, running is a good exercise. but if it makes you feel tired easily, taking a long walk will do you just good.

  3. I have a hard time losing some of my preggy weights. I can't deny as well that I love my foods pretty much.Oh what can I do.

    Easy to gain but hard to lose that's why I've been hanging around in my tredmill these days.
