My Homemade Banana Bread

Tonight I made homemade banana bread for dessert. I did not have any milk so I used different recipe than usual and it was very good. I love to save my old bananas till they are black and then they make wonderful banana bread. It was more like bread than what I usually make but it was still very nice flavor. Usually, it is more doughy but since there was no milk it was more solid. I think also I used the toaster oven and left it on toaster for the first half of the baking then switched the oven to convection. This may have let it bake more evenly and made it more like bread. It also had a nice crust. Little bit sweet on the crust and very dark almost burnt but not quite. My Babe Dako and I ate almost half of it before we thought to take some picture. Now it is tough to save a slice for Isaac since banana bread is his favorite. He even asked for it as his cake on his birthday. Now I am full of banana bread-:)
